What should I do if I can't claim my reward?

  1. Be patient: In most cases, the system will catch up and process your claim shortly. We recommend waiting a few minutes and trying again.
  2. Retry later: If the issue persists after a few minutes, try again later when the network is less busy.
  3. Contact support: If you've waited 48 hours and still haven't been able to claim your reward, please contact our support team for further assistance. They can investigate the issue and help you resolve it.
